Back in May, Kayla Brint approached me with an idea to do a styled photo shoot at Ramage Farms. To say I was excited is an understatement. I. WAS. THRILLED. If you don’t know Kayla already, you should check out her work at Kayla Brint Photography. She is not only super talented, but she is genuinely one of the sweetest people you will ever meet in your entire life. So, the idea was to gather some amazing local vendors who would be interested in partnering with us to show out! We chose to keep this summer look clean and neutral in tons of white, cream, and an earthy green. Kayla already had the perfect couple in mind to model for us. Sydney & Michael Wicks did a fantastic job! They are both so relaxed and natural in front of the camera, you would think they were professionals! This snazzy tuxedo was donated by Squires, and Caitlin Burnett completed the bride’s look with gorgeous hair and makeup. Décor was provided by myself, Erica Ramage, at Bella Roo Events. Sticks and Stones on the Blvd. provided some beautiful floral arrangements and bridal bouquet. Despite some flooding rain on our initial shoot date, we rescheduled and prevailed! Rain still interrupted the fun a bit, but it turned out to provide us with the most vibrant, beautiful double rainbow any of us had ever seen. The pictures are gorgeous, but I’m telling you nothing could do this rainbow justice. It was breathtaking! I am so glad that Kayla was able to catch that in the photographs. Brandi Kirkland with Brandi Kirkland Short Films joined us also and captured the day perfectly! I hope you all enjoy these pictures and video as much as I do!
