How many guest can you accommodate?
We have hosted weddings /receptions for up to 400 guests, with the additional rental of a tent. However, our indoor dining room will seat approx. 160 comfortably, with additional seating available outside.
Can We Choose our own vendors?
We want you to have the day of your dreams, and that includes hiring the vendors that you desire! You are welcome to use any vendors of your choosing.
Is Alcohol Allowed?
You may serve alcohol, but you will be asked to sign a release of liability for all alcohol service. Hiring a bartender is not required, but it is encouraged.
Can we bring in our own food and drinks?
You are welcome to provide your own prepared food and drinks. However, our kitchen should be used as a staging area only, as it is not set up as a commercial kitchen.
Do you have a wedding coordinator on site?
You may contact Erica Ramage for availability regarding all wedding coordination needs. She owns Bella Roo Events, which provides wedding coordination, décor rentals, and styling services.
Can we utilize the venue for rehersal dinner also?
We rent our venue by the weekend, from Thursday evening until Sunday evening, so that our couples will be able to relax and enjoy without feeling rushed. You are more than welcome to host the rehearsal dinner at the venue during your reserved weekend.
What is included in the venue rental?
Included in the venue rental are 18 rectangle tables, 11 round tables, 6 pub tables, 200 white folding chairs, arbor with chandelier, and a sound system with wireless microphone.

Can you rent the venue for one day?
We typically only rent by the weekend in order to give our couples all the time they need to set up and enjoy their wedding without feeling rushed. The venue may be rented for one-day on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays.
When can we set up for the wedding?
When renting for the weekend, you may begin setting up Thursday at 4:00 pm.
Do you provide cleaning after the event?
Cleaning may be requested for a pre-arranged fee.
